Dr. Hamilton is board-certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Before attending the College of Medicine at the University of Illinois, Grant Hamilton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts in Industrial Design. He draws on that experience every day – Facial Plastic Surgery requires a tight integration of both analytical and creative skills, and his background in Art and Design is invaluable. After completing a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Dr. Hamilton spent a year in Chicago in an accredited Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
